Browser compatibility Use recommended browsers (usually Chrome, Edge)
Lost registration code Contact your security officer

Security Considerations

Both systems contain sensitive personal information[3]:

Relationship to Investigation

Submitting through e-QIP or NBIS initiates your investigation:

  1. You submit - Questionnaire goes to sponsor
  2. Sponsor releases - Form sent to investigators
  3. Investigation begins - DCSA processes your case
  4. Adjudication - Decision made on your eligibility

The electronic submission creates your case file that investigators and adjudicators will use throughout the process.
